For clients located in MA and RI- Ongoing 60 minute telehealth therapy sessions focused on understanding emotional patterns, processing experiences, and building greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly options available.
Best for:
Consistent support, anxiety, stress, relational patterns, and personal growth.
Financial Cost:
Most major insurance plans are accepted. For those using out-of-network benefits, superbills can be provided for potential reimbursement. A private pay rate of $225 per session is also available.
Walk and Talk Therapy
For clients residing on Cape Cod, MA- 60 minute therapy sessions held outdoors while walking. This approach can feel more natural, grounding, and less confined than traditional settings.
Best for:
Clients who feel more at ease moving, benefit from nature, or want a more relaxed therapeutic environment.
Cost:
Walk and talk therapy is available as a private pay service at a rate of $225. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill to support reimbursement.
Reset Intensives
Extended sessions designed to help you move through something more deeply and efficiently than weekly therapy allows.
Best for:
Feeling stuck, navigating a transition, burnout, or wanting meaningful momentum quickly.
Cost:
Reset Intensives are offered as a private pay service due to their extended format and personalized nature.
These sessions are designed as a focused, high-impact investment in your growth, allowing for deeper work in a shorter period of time. Pricing varies based on length and structure desired, with options typically ranging from half-day to full-day experiences and average between $550-$850
A superbill can be provided for clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.
